Yen Glossy - Executive Director
Yen became our Executive Director in 2025, bringing a strong background in early childhood education and program leadership to Children’s Day. With experience ranging from classroom teaching to directing early childhood programs, she has dedicated her career to supporting educators, strengthening family partnerships, and promoting high-quality learning environments.
Vicky Esposito-Novak, Director
In a journey similar to many of the families who attend our school, Vicky emigrated to the United States many years ago with the dream of building on her successful teaching career in Argentina. She started at Children’s Day in 1993 as a classroom teacher in both toddler and preschool classrooms, becoming the Education Supervisor after a few years. Vicky earned her Master’s Degree and became the Director in 2007.
