Yen Glossy, M.S, IMHE®
Executive Director
Yen became our Executive Director in 2025, bringing extensive experience in child welfare, early childhood education, and nonprofit leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Administration, Management, and Leadership from Walden University.
She also holds an Infant Mental Health Endorsement (IMHE) from the New Jersey Association for Infant Mental Health and is deeply committed to supporting educators, strengthening families, and advancing high-quality, inclusive early childhood education.

Victoria Esposito-Novak
In a journey similar to many of the families who attend our school, Vicky emigrated to the United States many years ago with the dream of building on her successful teaching career in Argentina. She started at Children’s Day in 1993 as a classroom teacher in both toddler and preschool classrooms, becoming the Education Supervisor after a few years. Vicky earned her Master’s Degree and became the Director in 2007.
